This work displays a dual originality: on the one hand, it introduces the concept of "Imaging of the Woman" developed in the Anglo-Saxon system, grouping together under the same name the gynaecological pathologies and those of the breast; on the other hand, it encourages an interactive approach, associating radiologist and clinician for the diagnosis, the management and post-operative surveillance of patients.
