He has taught or consulted over 10,000 students over the course of his career in the real estate investment field. Bill has authored 5 real estate investment books and recorded over 18 educational and motivational CDs. As Chairman of Cora, a nonprofit agency which helps nearly 18,000 children and families every year, Bill spends a lot of time giving back since Cora's inception over 45 years ago. Bill is also very involved in the PEW Foundation's Inglis House, which is home to over 300 residents with various physical challenges. He serves on the board of The Starting Point, started by Vincent De Pasquale, -another nonprofit located in New Jersey, dedicated to the marginal denizens of society. Bill is the founder and president of the -American  Real Estate Institute (AREII), a company specializing in the education of real estate investors throughout the Delaware Valley Tri-Sate area (PA, NJ DE).
