Contributor Bio(s): Bashmanov, Yuriy: - "Yuri Bashmanov, master of sports in mountaineering, "snow leopard," in the present head of a construction company. In 1995 he became the organizer and leader of a large-scale expedition to an unnamed summit in honor of the significant date for the Kyrgyz people "Manas-1000." In 1999 he also organized and headed the first ascent to 2 nameless peaks. One peak was named in honor of the great Kirghiz poet A.Osmonov, the second - "Erkindik Kyrgyzstan" ("Free Kyrgyzstan"). Among his mining activities is the creation and management of the youth section for mountaineering (2000-2006), the first ascent to the peak of the Kyrgyz militia, etc. In addition, Yuri Bashmanov is engaged in charity, supports orphanages, veterans of the Second World War, creative and sports initiatives. The history of his literary creativity was formed under the pressure of the environment, to which the author colored the stories from his turbulent youth. A few years ago, the author described in the stories the real stories and fates of people he met.
