He has coached various first and second league teams in Slovakia and Hungary. Laco was president of UFTS (Football Coaches Union of Slovakia) and a chairman of the technical committee of SFA (Slovakia Football Association). He has co-authored several publications on tactics in soccer. He holds a UEFA EuroPro License.
