Journey along with Monica and her family as she unlocks the puzzle pieces of her life in order to see the complete picture. We make choices and decisions every day without careful thought of consequences and Monica is no exception. She struggles to forgive herself for everything she did and others who have hurt her. However, her quest leads her to realizations she never knew were possible.

God's hand is in all we do. The hardest part is recognizing it is happening. Sometimes, it just takes the help of a friend to point it out. Monica receives that help in the most unlikely place-a dressing room mirror.

"I was awakened by God and told to write," the author says. "I got up and started typing. After 7 years, the novel God put in my heart was completed. It changed my life and perspective." Her hope is to let everyone know that they don't need to be perfect to receive God's love. All it takes is a willing heart. Through Monica's journey, she was able to see God's hand in her own life.

Author confesses "I had made plans for my life but God had plans too. As I struggled to achieve what I thought was 'the dream', my life took turns and twists. Some were good but some were bad. I made good and bad choices. I suffered with anger, insecurity, and sadness. I felt unloved even when others said they loved me. This novel was an adventure that allowed me to uncover the source of my unhappiness. I pray it does the same for the readers." Although, this is a fictional story, the characters are inspirational for all.
