Publisher Description:

Do you feel as if you are being pressed by difficulty? Are your circumstances strangling your spiritual growth? Dive into Scripture will show you how your difficult circumstances can be a catalyst for your spiritual growth.

Joseph, the eleventh son of the patriarch Jacob, was the first son of Jacob's beloved Rachel. Although his childhood was quite comfortable, as a young adult Joseph's life quickly turned to drama, hardship, and difficulty. Through twenty thought provoking lessons, you will get acquainted with Joseph and his journey. You will learn how Joseph's circumstances pressed in from every side, yet he grew spiritually through it all. As we follow Joseph's riches-to-rags-to-riches story, we will see him grow spiritually into the man God intended him to be.

Although Joseph went through years of difficulty, he was destined to lead. We will see how God built Joseph's r sum by submerging him into thirteen years of captivity. Through slavery God shaped Joseph's character and strengthened his integrity. Through a lengthy imprisonment God deepened Joseph's sincerity and kindness in his service and taught him to persevere with grit and trust with peace in his heart. Joseph emerged a skilled servant of God ready to step humbly into his destiny giving God all the honor and glory.

Like Joseph, we too can grow into the person God intends us to be as we dive into Scripture and pursue spiritual growth even while pressed by difficulty. Allow God to transform your circumstances into His classroom and get ready to grow See life's challenges become opportunities to deepen your relationship with God. Apply Joseph's example of faith, sincerity, integrity, agility, grit, trust, peace, kindness, and faithfulness to your own life. Author Lynn Wise invites you to grab your Bible, breath in God's goodness, and dive in

Contributor Bio(s): Wise, Lynn: - Lynn Wise has a passion for Women's Ministry. She is a Bible teacher, author of four Bible studies, and an active leader in women's ministry in her local church. Lynn is a very organized, some say OCD, individual. God led her to write her first Bible study in 2014 by giving her an unquenchable desire to study Psalm 24, take notes, and then organize those notes. The result was the outline of the study. Since then she has been writing and teaching Bible studies as the Lord leads. Her primary motivation is to help women draw closer to one another and closer to Christ as they study and apply God's Word to their everyday lives. Lynn, an information technology professional, lives in New Albany, Mississippi, with her eleven-year-old Maltese, Toby. She is a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church, also in New Albany. Her daughter, Jessica, and son-in-law, Rob, live nearby. They have blessed her with two beautiful grandchildren, Fisher and Olivia Hart, who affectionately know her as "BumBum."Services, Christian Editing: - www.christianeditingservices.com
